Job Description

Title: Automation Engineering Team Lead
Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Salary: $125k-$130k/year
Travel: None

Responsibilities:
  • Manage automation engineers and MES developers
  • Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving in the manufacturing process
  • Drive the advancement of manufacturing methods for growth and cost savings
  • Ensure timely project completion and maintain expertise in plant-wide processes
  • Hire, train, and mentor staff while maintaining quality metrics
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical/ Computer/ Mechanical Engineering
  • 8+ years of engineering experience in production automation
  • Experience with PLC and HMI programming
  • 3+ project management experience (preferred)
  • Knowledge of CAD/CAM and Six Sigma (preferred)
