Job Description
Title: Permit Coordinator
Location: Remote - USA
Hire Type: Contract to hire
Compensation:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the permit coordinator with various tasks under supervision and direction.
- Complete permit applications and draft cover letters accurately.
- Support internal tracking efforts using Company’s permitting platform.
- Communicate permit agency comments and rejections to the permit coordinator promptly.
- Submit design one-call (JULIE) requests and monitor responses.
- Develop a general understanding of Company’s project types, permit folder structures, and
- related resources.
- Gain exposure to various permitting fee structures and processes.
- Follow all standard operating procedures and company protocols.
- Demonstrate a strong safety mindset in all work activities.
- Complete all assignments on time and within designated hours.
- Uphold and reflect Company’s Core Values in daily responsibilities.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Required Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- No prior permitting experience necessary.
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and PDF software.
- Able to read and interpret maps accurately.
- Able to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
- Clear and effective communication skills
