Title: Permit Coordinator
Location: Remote - USA
Hire Type: Contract to hire

Compensation:

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist the permit coordinator with various tasks under supervision and direction.
  • Complete permit applications and draft cover letters accurately.
  • Support internal tracking efforts using Company’s permitting platform.
  • Communicate permit agency comments and rejections to the permit coordinator promptly.
  • Submit design one-call (JULIE) requests and monitor responses.
  • Develop a general understanding of Company’s project types, permit folder structures, and
  • related resources.
  • Gain exposure to various permitting fee structures and processes.
  • Follow all standard operating procedures and company protocols.
  • Demonstrate a strong safety mindset in all work activities.
  • Complete all assignments on time and within designated hours.
  • Uphold and reflect Company’s Core Values in daily responsibilities.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Required Education & Experience:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No prior permitting experience necessary.
 
Required Skills & Abilities:
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and PDF software.
  • Able to read and interpret maps accurately.
  • Able to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
  • Clear and effective communication skills
