Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Assembler/Service Technician to join our team in Itasca, IL. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the assembly, maintenance, and repair of our metal forming machinery. Key Responsibilities:
Perform assembly, maintenance, and repair of metal forming machinery on the shop floor.
Utilize a combination of mechanical and electrical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
Ensure all equipment meets quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with a team of skilled professionals to deliver top-notch service and products.
Assist in diagnosing and repairing hydraulic systems (exposure to hydraulics is a key advantage).
Maintain and organize tools and equipment for optimal efficiency.
Adapt to new technologies and methodologies to enhance job performance.

Qualifications:
A strong mix of mechanical and electrical skills is preferred (50/50 balance); however, a stronger background in mechanical skills will be considered.
Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Must have a basic understanding of hydraulics or a willingness to gain expertise in this area.
Previous experience in assembly or service technician roles is a plus but not mandatory; we are willing to teach the necessary skills.
Must provide and maintain your own set of tools for the job.
