Job Description
Location: Imperial, PA 15126
We are seeking a skilled Precision Assembler to join our team and ensure the preparation, assembly, and testing of high-quality equipment and tools. This role involves working with the latest tools and materials to deliver exceptional products to customers.
- Assemble equipment and tools according to technical drawings, instructions, and work orders, conducting tests when required.
- Utilize advanced inspection tools to ensure all parts and assemblies meet specifications.
- Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble components during repairs.
- Operate precision tools such as micrometers, verniers, and CMM
- Assemble parts per drawings, instructions, and work orders; perform testing as needed.
- Advanced knowledge of inspection equipment to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Ensure parts are clean before assembly and follow all procedures for completion.
- Adhere to safety procedures and wear required safety equipment.
- Operate precision measuring tools (e.g., micrometers, CMM) and hand tools (e.g., hydraulic torque wrench, fire torch).
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
- Knowledge of automation control and electrical components.
- Experience as a mechanic (rotating machines, mechanical devices).
- HS Diploma/GED or 0-2 years relevant experience.
