Title: Architectural Project Manager
Location: Des Plaines, IL
Job Type: HYBRID- 2 days onsite
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Salary:  $68k-78k/yr.

Job Duties:
  • Reviews Construction Documents for accuracy and ensures quality by marking corrections in preparation for review, bidding, permitting and construction
  • Identifies, researches and develops solutions for technical and design challenges
  •  Performs code research to ensure that all necessary codes are applied to design solutions and construction documentation
  •  Manages the permitting process in its entirety
  • Manges coordination of projects with all outside project consultants and vendors.
  •  Manages and performs site observations and prepares site visit reports
  • Reviews and redlines completed reports, outside consultant plans, estimates and
    calculations for coordination and compliance with project scope
  • Actively participates in project reviews regarding project costs, budgets and adherence to
    schedule.
  • Ensures that design and QC reviews occur at the designated stages of projects
  • Actively maintains positive relationships with clients during the project, ensuring they are
    regularly informed about the progress
Qualifications:
  • Proficient in design software- AutoCAD (must) and Revit (a plus)
  • Ensures quality drawings through self and team review
  • Creates construction documents based on examples or templates
  • Applies building codes to projects
  • Understands commercial architectural processes
