Job Summary:
The chosen candidate will hold the responsibility of employing CAD software to generate intricate technical drawings, plans, and specifications vital to projects. Their proficiency and meticulousness will play a pivotal role in upholding the precision and soundness of our designs. This position emphasizes collaboration as fundamental. The selected individual will engage closely with architects, engineers, and various professionals to grasp project requisites and guarantee compliance with technical specifications and building codes. Proficient communication and adept teamwork abilities will serve as linchpins in fostering a smooth workflow and attaining project objectives.

Job Duties:
  • Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software. 
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals regarding project requirements. 
  • Ensure that all technical specifications and building codes are adhered to. 
  • Review and revise drawings as needed to ensure accuracy and completeness. 
  • Communicate effectively with project team members to ensure project goals are being followed. 
  • Attend project meetings and site visits as required to meet project requirements. 
  • Identify potential design or construction problems and propose solutions to project team members. 
  • Work with contractors and installers to ensure all project specifications are met

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. 
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other CAD software. 
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. 
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings. 
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations. 
  • Familiarity with construction practices and materials
