- Assist Project Manager
- Good attention to detail
- Coordinate with outside project consultants; civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines
- Conduct code and permitting research
- Attend site surveys and prepare survey drawings and reports
- Create equipment lists to identify space requirements
- Prepare design development presentation drawings
- Participate in design reviews
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum 10years of architectural experience, with a strong emphasis on food production facilities.
- Member of AIAA
- 2 years minimum commitment
- Strong understanding of regulations, including GMP and FDA guidelines.
- 10-15 years of architectural experience, with a strong emphasis on food production facilities.
- A valid architectural license
