- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions to meet their needs.
- Engage with customers to understand their specific gearbox requirements and provide expert recommendations for the most suitable products.
- Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, from pre-sales discussions to post-sale follow-up.
- Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to ensure that customer requirements are met with feasible, high-performance solutions.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, product documentation, and specifications.
- Offer product training and support to both internal teams and customers.
- Manage the technical aspects of customer presentations and product demonstrations.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues or concerns raised by customers and work toward quick and effective solutions.
- Bachelors in Engineering
- At least 3-4 years in either mechanical engineering, applications engineering, or project engineering
- Experience with gearboxes or electric motors
