In this role, you’ll work directly with customers and cross-functional teams to design solutions, create proposals, and see projects through from concept to completion.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with customers to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations that win business.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings and provide ongoing technical/commercial support.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to ensure successful execution.
  • Research new technologies and trends to keep our solutions ahead of the curve.
  • Contribute to marketing initiatives, trade shows, and business development efforts.
  • Travel occasionally to support customers and new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
  • B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (ABET accredited) or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communicator with experience working directly with customers and suppliers.
  • Organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Skilled in SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to interpret and create technical drawings.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
