Hire Type: Direct Hire - $80-$90k per year depending on experience.

Job Summary:
A leading distributor of CNC machines in New York, California, Ohio, and Illinois, and is looking for an experienced applications engineer to join the NY location.  

Job Duties:

  1. Installation of all CNC machines
  2. Programming and operating the machines
  3. Operation training for customers
  4. Phone technical support
  5. In-house demonstrations
  6. Assisting dealers and customers with time studies
  7. Machine configuration, tooling and running parts

Qualifications:

Applicants must have :
  1. CNC experience in the field of industrial machine tool applications or related industry 
  2. Ability to read and communicate in English
  3. Basic math skills and experience reading manufacturing part prints
  4. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  5. Valid driver’s license
  6. Successful background check
