Job Responsibilities:
  • Profile new applications with customers, including specifications, timelines, and cost targets
  • Plan and modify product configurations to meet customer needs
  • Generate price quotations and technical submittal information
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot chillers in the field
  • Collaborate with Engineering to select and source major components for custom designs
  • Support Engineering and Manufacturing throughout the design and assembly process
  • Ensure all customer requirements are met in final products
  • Interact with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
  • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of products and processes

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical)
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant work experience
  • Knowledge of refrigeration systems preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems
  • Experience with ERP systems is beneficial

Salary: $80,000-100,000
