Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Industry: Industrial Equipment / Engineered Systems
Compensation: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (70-75k BASE)
- Develop and manage a territory sales plan focused on new business development and existing account growth.
- Conduct customer site visits to assess equipment and system needs.
- Present engineered solutions that improve system performance and reduce energy costs.
- Partner with inside sales, engineering, and service teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and ROI analyses for clients.
- Stay current on industry products, technology trends, and competitive landscape.
- Established Client Base & Growth Territory: You’ll inherit strong customer relationships while expanding into new markets.
- Technical Depth: Sell engineered, high-impact solutions — not just products — that improve plant performance and sustainability.

- 3+ years of outside sales experience in industrial, mechanical, or technical products/services.
- Background in compressed air systems, HVAC, or mechanical equipment preferred but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and consultative sales approach.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with ability to manage time and territory effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned region.
