Inside Sales Estimator
Job Description
Location: Libertyville, IL
Hire Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $70,000–$75,000/year

- Develop quotes and estimates based on engineered drawings, models, and customer specifications.
- Engage with customers via phone and email to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Follow up on leads and manage opportunities through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with internal teams on strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Address customer questions and concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Track and report on sales activities, quote statuses, and customer feedback.
- Experience with metal fabrication processes (laser cutting, machining, welding, etc.).
- Ability to read engineered drawings and apply basic shop math and GD&T.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ERP systems.
- High school diploma required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
