Job Duties:
  • Product Applications: Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions using the company’s products and services.
  • Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and effective communication regarding project progress, product specifications, and any technical issues.
  • Project Coordination: Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Engineering Support: Work with internal teams to ensure the proper integration of products into customers’ operations, providing troubleshooting and technical expertise when necessary.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for projects, applications, and customer interactions.
  • Product Development: Assist with the development and improvement of welding technology products, providing feedback from customers and application experience.
  • Problem-Solving: Use your engineering expertise to resolve issues that arise during product application, ensuring smooth operation for the customer.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
  • 2-5 years of experience in a project engineer or applications engineer role, preferably in manufacturing, welding, or related industries.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with customers and internal teams effectively
