Job Description
- Location: The company is located in the far south suburbs near the Illinois/Indiana border.
- Compensation: $$80,000 - $92,000 base salary, with potential for bonuses and raises.

- Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and effective communication regarding project progress, product specifications, and any technical issues.
- Project Coordination: Oversee project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution and customer satisfaction.
- Engineering Support: Work with internal teams to ensure the proper integration of products into customers’ operations, providing troubleshooting and technical expertise when necessary.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation for projects, applications, and customer interactions.
- Product Development: Assist with the development and improvement of welding technology products, providing feedback from customers and application experience.
- Problem-Solving: Use your engineering expertise to resolve issues that arise during product application, ensuring smooth operation for the customer.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
- 2-5 years of experience in a project engineer or applications engineer role, preferably in manufacturing, welding, or related industries.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with customers and internal teams effectively
