Application Engineer
Job Description
- Design, develop, and test mechanical components and systems for manufacturing processes, ensuring high performance, efficiency, and reliability.
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues related to mechanical systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to optimize manufacturing processes and implement innovative solutions.
- Conduct detailed analysis and testing using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and other measurement tools to ensure product specifications and quality standards are met.
- Prepare and present technical documentation, reports, and training materials for internal teams and customers to facilitate understanding and proper usage of mechanical systems and components.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of engineering experience in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- Hands-on experience with CMM or other measurement tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools is a plus.
