Job Description

- Provide applications engineering support for automation-focused equipment and systems, including robotics, motion control, industrial controls, networking, and safety solutions.
- Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, translating application requirements into practical, engineered solutions.
- Support customer projects through system design input, product selection, troubleshooting, and implementation support.
- Partner with sales teams on pre-sales and post-sales technical activities, including customer meetings, demonstrations, and solution development.
- Leverage manufacturer resources and internal training to stay current on automation technologies and best practices.
- Support a diverse customer base across industrial and OEM environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred.
- Background in automation, controls, robotics, motion control, or related industrial technologies.
- Experience supporting or designing automation systems in an industrial or OEM setting.
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and support real-world applications.
