Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year (Depending on Experience) + Bonus/Commission

Position Overview:
As an Aftermarket Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in our company's growth by selling consumables for our equipment as well as parts for some of our competitors' equipment. These parts are primarily machined, and your primary focus will be on expanding our aftermarket sales within the industrial machinery sector.

Key Responsibilities:
Sell consumable parts for our equipment and compatible parts for competitor equipment.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide exceptional customer service and support.
Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in selling OEM or aftermarket parts.
Industrial/machinery experience is preferred but not required.
A degree is not required.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and results-driven.
Comfortable working in a tight-knit, startup-like environment.
Willingness to assist in various areas as needed.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
