Job Description
Location: Rancho Dominguez, CA
Hire Type: Contract – 6 Months
Pay: $22–$25/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM (overtime as needed)
- Provide general administrative support across departments
- Research and prepare a variety of requests and process customer purchase orders against contractual agreements
- Produce, update, and maintain documents, databases, and departmental systems using Microsoft Office and related tools
- Prepare correspondence including emails, reports, agendas, and meeting notes
- Collect, organize, and report data using predefined tools and formats
- Prepare and track required documentation using standard office applications
- Support data compliance by following data collection, processing, and protection regulations
- Schedule appointments, arrange meetings and conferences, and organize travel as needed
- Support operational compliance by adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Assist with procurement-related activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3–5 years of relevant administrative experience
- 2–4 years of experience processing invoices and customer purchase orders
- Strong organizational, time management, and planning skills
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service knowledge and experience
- ERP system experience required; SAP experience highly preferred
- Ability to work proactively and independently with guidance
