Overview: Sterling Engineering / Staffing is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in the Peru, IN area. Sterling has a rich history of delivering top talent to our clients. We are a nationwide Staffing Firm with over 100 clients and works primarily with Fortune 1000 corporations.
 
Job Description:
Need 3 committed Administrative Assistants committed to a 30 – 45 Day Assignment. Could go direct hire for the right person.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Working during Normal Business Hours
  • Excellent organizational skills and able to follow our documentation process
  • Obtaining sign offs and scanning in completed change requests
  • We will provide floor training
  • Creating the drafts for the work instructions
  • Proficient with Mircrosoft Word and Excel
