Accounts Receivable Analyst

About The Company:

Sterling Engineering has partnered with a large manufacturer of electronics on bringing in an A/R Analyst to join their growing team. This will be a hybrid, direct-hire role, with plentiful growth opportunities. Salary is 45-55k.

Overview:

• Run system reports in PLEX system and create customer statements
• Participate in Customer escalation calls to facilitate a resolution
• Work towards completing weekly collection goals to reduce aging balances
• Proactively suggest A/R process improvements
• Master the PLEX system
• Be approachable and work well with local team and off campus
• Become A/R SME through continuous improvement
• Report any High-Risk accounts to A/R manager

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of A/R related experience
• Must have some college degree (could be 2 year or 4 year)
• Experience in B2B collections
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Manufacturing strongly preferred
