Job Summary: 
Seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to process invoices, manage vendor accounts, and support Finance operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing or distribution environment.

Job Duties:
  • Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently using Epicor ERP and DocStar
  • Perform three-way match of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
  • Resolve purchase price variances (PPV) in collaboration with the Purchasing team
  • Prepare payments via check, ACH, or wire transfer
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Ensure accurate AP records for month-end closing and accruals
  • Support process improvements within the AP function

Qualifications:
  • 2–3 years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and AP best practices
  • High accuracy, organizational skills, and confidentiality
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
