Overview:
Join a cutting-edge automotive manufacturing facility as Controller in a rapidly growing operation. This state-of-the-art, 1-million-square-foot facility for major automotive manufacturer poised for significant expansion. Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all financial operations for the manufacturing facility
  • Track and analyze inventory costs, materials, labor, and production costs
  • Develop and maintain financial scorecards and key performance indicators
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to plant management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
  • Ensure accuracy of financial reporting and compliance with regulations
  • Conduct regular floor walks to maintain direct communication with production teams
  • Interface with corporate finance team and plant management
  • Implement and maintain cost control measures
  • Support growth initiatives and expansion planning

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 10+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive or high-volume production
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proven track record of proactive problem-solving
  • Experience with manufacturing cost accounting and inventory management

Salary: $125,000-$140,000 Plus bonus dependent on company performance
