Job Description
Sterling Engineering is working with a large research lab in the Western Chicagoland Suburbs on bringing on a level III Accounting Assistant to join their team. This organization is well known has created plentiful job opportunities for candidates looking to advance their career.

Job Duties:
- Enter most types of transactions into major production systems that process significant accounting transactions to vendors or employees in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Enter two way and three-way match Purchase Orders and non-Purchase Orders
- International and Domestic wire preparation
- Research discrepancies and reconcile vendor statements
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of accounts payable experience
- At least one year experience with some form of ERP (Oracle preferred)
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office Products
