Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Lead Oracle Unifier Trainer to oversee the transition from Excel-based tools to Oracle Unifier for project management. This role is pivotal in developing and delivering instructor-led training to ensure successful adoption of Oracle Unifier across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in modular training development, excellent facilitation skills, and a passion for building internal training capacity through a train-the-trainer approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Development & Delivery:
Design and deliver instructor-led training sessions for 30-40 users per expansion, with an average class size of 12-15.
Ensure training aligns with Oracle Unifier’s customized configurations and integrates seamlessly into the organization’s learning management system.
Revise and improve training content based on end-user feedback and evolving software requirements.
Program Coordination:
Collaborate with Oracle and internal teams to ensure training materials meet project management and cost management needs.
Provide modular training content that supports scalability for multiple projects and varying class sizes.
Skills:
Strong instructional design and facilitation skills.
Ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a trainer, ideally with Oracle Unifier or similar project management software.
