Must have:  A deep understanding of complex environments such as laboratories, cleanrooms, research facilities, and other specialized spaces.
 
Job Duties:
  • Design Leadership: Lead science and technology projects, collaborate with teams, and ensure project excellence.
  • Expert Consultation: Provide technical guidance, industry expertise, and strategic input throughout projects.
  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and align projects with client goals.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, integrate cutting-edge technologies, and promote sustainable solutions.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee quality control, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Project Management: Collaborate with project managers, develop detailed plans, and troubleshoot challenges.
  • Mentorship: Foster a culture of learning and growth, mentor junior team members, and lead training initiatives.
  • Sustainability: Promote a green workplace and cultivate a culture of excellent client service.

  Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in designing science and technology facilities.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in science and technology facility design preferred.
  • Licenses: Professional licensure in Architecture or Engineering (e.g., AIA, PE).
  • Technical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, knowledge of codes and standards, and ability to drive design excellence.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Passion: Deeply passionate about advancing science and technology through design.
