Sterling Engineering is partnered with a well-established industrial bearing manufacturer near Cedarburg, WI, to find a Quality Manager who is ready to make an impact. Salary: $120K - $130K (based on experience) + Bonus

What You’ll Do:
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the quality team to drive continuous improvement
  • Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with protective measures
  • Oversee Quality & Environmental Management Systems and cybersecurity standards
  • Use data-driven problem-solving to monitor and enhance site performance
  • Align quality strategies with company goals and key business priorities
  • Support new product and process launches, ensuring manufacturability and efficiency
  • Manage the calibration program, quality lab, and CMM operations
  • Maintain quality documentation to meet customer and regulatory requirements
  •  Track, document, and resolve EHS incidents to drive a culture of safety
 
What You Bring to the Table:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or a related field (Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and Operations within high-precision manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of QMS processes and experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 compliance
  • Proven ability to analyze, improve, and implement quality processes
