Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand market presence and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry stakeholders to create new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform business strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align efforts and maximize growth potential.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders to showcase product capabilities and benefits.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets and objectives.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance visibility and brand reputation.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on business development activities and progress toward goals.

What Is Needed?

  • Bachelors in a business or engineering related field\
  • At least 7 years of technical sales experience
  • Captial Equipment Experience
  • Ability to travel a good amount
