Job Responsibilities:
  • Expertly perform TIG welding on stainless steel food-grade pipes, frames, tanks, and body panels ranging from 20 gauge to 1 inch thickness.
  • Skillfully execute MIG welding on carbon steel frames, mufflers, machine bases, and tanks from 16 gauge to 1.5 inch thickness.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in welding aluminum frames and machined weldments.
  • Utilize rigging techniques, leveraging crane and hydraulic forktruck certifications for efficient material handling.
  • Employ cutting tools such as band saws, cold saws, and 4.5 cut-off discs to precisely shape materials.
  • Ensure a polished finish by skillfully operating sanding and buffing discs/wheels to re-grain and polish surfaces.
  • Prepare finished products for shipping, utilizing skids, banding, and packing foam for secure transportation.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in welding, fabrication, and finishing techniques.
  • Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding processes, as well as cutting and finishing methods.
  • Certification in rigging, crane operation, and forklift operation (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and operate machinery.
