Job Summary:
  • Responsible for operating injection molding machines and related equipment to produce high-quality products within specified cycle times. Inspect materials, troubleshoot machinery, and maintain production records.

Job Duties:
  • Operate and monitor injection molding machines
  • Produce quality products within set cycle times
  • Maintain production records and documentation
  • Troubleshoot and adjust machinery for efficiency and quality
  • Inspect materials and finished products for defects
  • Enforce company policies and maintain inventories
  • Assist with minor equipment maintenance
  • Monitor production rates and personnel
  • Operate forklift and pallet jack
  • Follow HACCP and SQF procedures

Qualifications:
  • Experience with thermoplastic injection machinery and tools
  • Knowledge of material handling techniques
  • Basic math and computer skills
