Job Description
- Implement Kaizen (Lean) terminology and methodology.
- Oversee the implementation of the Continuous Improvement program.
- Participate and lead the site Kaizen and Blackbelt events.
- Interact with different departments onsite to complete assigned goals and objectives achieved during Kaizen Events or those that facilitate continuous improvement.
- Generate reports and analyze data from various databases to define Kaizen opportunities.
- Coordinate a variety of action items to sustain improvements made during Kaizen events
- College Degree (Preferably In Manufacturing Related Field)
- Experience OR certification in lean manufacturing/Kaizen
