Job Description

Seeking a Machine Builder with experience building various automated machinery. Must have blueprint knowledge, and experience with assembly and sub assemblies.

Ÿ Organize, plan, and execute all phases of machine construction.

Ÿ Assemble all aspects of a machine or multi-system from drawings and/or verbal instructions.

Ÿ Provide direction to assistants.

Ÿ Fabricate critical machine components as required.

Ÿ Interface with electrical personnel concerning electrical and programming issues.

Ÿ Use knowledge of pneumatic functions, devices, and fittings, to achieve desired results.

Ÿ Adjust robot, vision, mechanical, rotary positions (i.e. indexing units) as necessary.

Ÿ Use knowledge of OSHA requirements for machine safety devices and guards.

Ÿ Perform machine parts and assembly modifications as required, interfacing with engineering when changes are major or of a critical nature
