Job Summary

General Job Description: The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Location: The Position will be classified as “Remote” reporting directly to the Director of Sales for the Plastics Division of the Company. Self-Motivation and Strong Work Ethic are a must


Travel Required: Yes


 Job Duties:

· Support the learning and development of the sales team

· Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads

· Track and report all sales activities

· Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis

Qualifications:
· Experience managing sales teams
· Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Minimum of 2 years Plastic Manufacturing Experience in Injection Molding, Blow Molding, Extrusion or Auxiliary Equipment
· Candidate must be located in the Southeastern United States, ideally within the Charlotte, NC or surrounding areas
