Title: Bilingual HR Generalist 
Location: Chicago, IL 
Hire Type: Contract to Hire 
Salary: $60-70K
Must have: experience with ADP WFN
Misc: This role is 100% on-site 

Responsibilities: 
- Leading ADP Workforce Now implementation  - strong ADP workforce now experience required  (main project)
Manage day to day employee relations including:
- Main point of contact for injury,  safety concerns, complaints, time off/attendance. 
- Assist with administering new hire paperwork, training, onboarding/offboarding, etc.
-  Manage employee engagement, safety trainings, events, and company updates.
- Coordinate interviews/scheduling, feedback, and employee records.
- Support administrative tasks 
- Will not manage payroll

Requirements:
- manufacturing industry experience
- team player 
- can perform tasks with little to no direction 
- proactive and forward thinking 
- good communication and prioritization skills 
- excellent problem solving skills
