Job Summary: 
The Order Administrator is primarily responsible for order processing and time keeping for the assigned pump repair facility or facilities.  Order Processing includes order entry, invoicing.  This is a dynamic position requiring a high level of organization, self-discipline, and the ability to work in a team environment.  

Job Duties:
  • Payroll processing and daily time keeping
  • Order processing
    • Booking orders
    • Contract review
    • Order Acknowledgement
    • Order Invoicing
    • AR follow ups and dispute management
    • Record NCR labor properly
  • Job file creation

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree or some college preferred
  • Highly organized
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools; Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
  • Some general accounting knowledge or experience is a plus
