- Employees work cross-functional, as "swiss-army knives"
- Conduct New Hire Safety and Contractor Safety training programs to ensure all employees and contractors understand safety protocols and procedures.
- Organize monthly safety training sessions and coordinate third-party specialty training as needed.
- Update existing training modules to reflect current safety standards and develop new modules for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate training records using QT9 or other designated systems
- Oversee the management and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across all locations.
- Continuously assess and improve the range and quality of PPE offerings to ensure optimal safety for employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of OSHA General Industry regulations, NFPA standards, and other relevant safety requirements.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
