Senior Quality Engineer
Job Description
- Assess technical data and deviations to ensure compliance with established quality standards and specifications.
- Collaborate seamlessly across departments to handle quality inquiries and efficiently resolve issues that may arise during the production process.
- Coordinate the preparation and compilation of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation to facilitate seamless product launches.
- Engage directly with customers to address inquiries, complaints, and certification requirements, utilizing the 8D (8 Disciplines) process as necessary to ensure effective problem-solving and continuous improvement.
- Provide essential support to the quality inspection team to maintain and enhance product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Take charge of internal investigations into incidents and in-house rejections, developing comprehensive corrective action plans to address root causes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Preferred experience in quality within the medical, automotive, or aerospace industry
