Title: Area Manager/Sr. Project Manager 
Location: Charlotte, NC 
Type: Direct Hire

Project execution for electric power solutions such as Transmission, Distribution, Substations, BESS, and Private Networks solutions. As an Area/Project Manager you are the execution hub for our clients and project teams, providing leadership and alignment for successful electric grid projects. 

Key Responsibilities

· Lead a regional team in the execution of projects and programs for regional clients
· Manage existing client relations, including contracts, projects and opportunities
· Foster relationships with new regional clients and develop Regional Strategy Plan / Business Development
· Work closely with the other Regional Leads, Directors, Vice Presidents and Principals to leverage relationships and expertise
· Develop a training plan for employees in Region
· Serves as the key resource for executive management advisory on overall project health.
· Oversees planning, developing, issuing, and progress tracking of all assigned projects from contract execution through commercial operation.
· Manage existing client relations and foster relationships with new regional clients
· Work closely with the Regional Director, Directors and Vice Presidents to leverage relationships and expertise

Minimum Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
· Experience in electric utility engineering, construction and/or project management.
· Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications

· 10+ years of relevant industry experience including high-voltage T&D and/or substation EPC project management.
· Experience managing engineering, procurement, and construction for EPC projects.

· Experience managing construction teams directly in a direct-hire and/or union construction environment.
· Experience being the single point-of-contact, including managing the bottom-line, for multiple HV transmission line EPC projects from cradle-to-grave.
· Registration as a Professional Engineer or Project Management Professional is preferred.
