Title: Technical Sales Engineer

Location: Kenosha, WI 53144

Hire Type: Direct Hire

Job Summary: As a Technical Sales Engineer with expertise in heat transfer, you will play a pivotal role in exploring and advancing new engineering technologies within our company. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer and Management Team, you will work independently with a long-term vision, focusing on delivering innovative product solutions to our customers. 

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct heat transfer calculations to optimize product performance.
  • Review, interpret, and take action on laboratory test data, including heat transfer, materials analysis, and some structural testing.
  • Develop heat transfer models, programming, and applications using tools such as Kuli.
  • Plan and execute prototype testing, including assessing costs associated with prototypes, processes, and programs.
  • Evaluate and validate products, ensuring compliance with industry standards and certification requirements.
  • Provide technical support to customers, suppliers, and partners regarding product specifications and applications.
  • Collaborate on concept development using Solid Works.
  • Offer interdepartmental technical support to ensure seamless integration across teams.
  • Contribute to the development of material, design, and test standards.
  • Manage project and program schedules to meet deadlines and milestones.
  • Oversee the building of prototypes and coordinate with various teams for successful execution.
  • Maintain awareness of Computational Fluid Dynamics and apply Finite Element Analysis Lite as needed.
 
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor of Science in Four Year Accredited Technical Degree
  • Three years of experience in heat exchanger design, calculations, and manufacturing
  • Three to five years of product technology development
