Location: Schaumburg, IL
Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire
Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, Depending on Experience

We are currently seeking a results-driven and experienced Project Manager to join our team at the Schaumburg, IL location. Responsibilities:
Lead the project flow from purchase order receipt through equipment shipment, actively supporting equipment installation.
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring effective communication and overall satisfaction.
Maintain project budget and schedule, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
Regularly update the Head of Project Management, customers, and department managers on key developments and issues.
Host discussions with cross-functional teams to solve problems and eliminate roadblocks.
Monitor project builds through regular meetings and drive progress on the plant floor.
Support continuous improvement activities to enhance current processes.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical, controls, electrical engineering, or another technical field.
3+ years of experience as a project manager or project coordinator.
PMP or CAPM certification required.
Self-directed, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
Fair and ethical team player.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 20%.
Experience in automation and manufacturing is a plus.
SAP experience is a plus.
Proficiency in the German language is a plus.
Proficiency in the Spanish language is a plus.
