Job Description
- Assist Supervisor by leading, coaching and mentoring your work cell shift
- Ownership of Work Cell 5S program including its full implementation and sustainability
- Responsible to ensure production problems on your shift are addressed and equipment reliability issues are managed and escalated as needed
- Work in conjunction with Skill & Knowledge group to maximize value creation in our employees
- Understand, apply and mentor team members on Ten Guiding Principles
- Ability to challenge the status quo to facilitate continuous improvement
- Ability to collaborate across roles and diverse groups, gather and share feedback
- Ability to stay current in best practices and be a continuous learner
