Job Description
Job Title: Mechanical Engineer
Direct Hire: $80-$90k per year base don experience.
Company Information:

Responsibilities:
- Design rotating process equipment such as pumps, valves, gearboxes in SolidWorks.
- Select appropriate bearings, seals, gear reducers, motors and other mechanical components for the designs.
- Work with internal and external machine shops and fabricators to procure and manufacture the components.
- Work closely with the fabrication shop personnel in the same facility.
- Use ERP software like Microsoft AX for project planning and cost accounting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience designing precision mechanical components.
- Proficient in SolidWorks for 3D modeling and 2D drafting.
- Knowledge of mechanical components like bearings, seals, gearing, motors etc.
- Experience working with machine shops and understanding manufacturing processes.
- Ability to read and interpret complex mechanical drawings and specifications.
