Responsibilities:

  • Conduct New Hire Safety and Contractor Safety training programs to ensure all employees and contractors understand safety protocols and procedures.
  • Organize monthly safety training sessions and coordinate third-party specialty training as needed.
  • Update existing training modules to reflect current safety standards and develop new modules for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate training records using QT9 or other designated systems
  • Oversee the management and distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) across all locations.
  • Continuously assess and improve the range and quality of PPE offerings to ensure optimal safety for employees.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) designation preferred.
  • Extensive knowledge of OSHA General Industry regulations, NFPA standards, and other relevant safety requirements.
  • Proven experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
