Hey there! We're on the lookout for a Quality Engineer to join our awesome team in Salt Lake City, UT. As a Quality Engineer, you'll be ensuring our processes, products, and systems meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance. If you're passionate about quality and ready to make a difference, we want to hear from you!
Key Role and Responsibilities:
Be the go-to person for Feedback Management and CAPA activities, working with our fantastic internal team to close the loop on product, process, and system-related CAPAs.
Co-Own the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, making sure all the necessary documentation, validation protocols/reports, statistical analysis, and ISO compliance are in check.
Support the process team by communicating key quality aspects for product commercialization across departments.
Identify equipment, testing, and resource needs related to quality, and let management know what's up.
Keep things organized by managing all engineering documentation, from new project reviews to design records and drawings.
Dive into data/test results and use your magic to integrate information for continuous improvements in our processes and manufacturing.
Assist the Quality and Manufacturing dream team in resolving validation and non-conformance issues when they pop up.
Be a team player by taking on additional tasks as needed, collaborating with other departments, and keeping the communication lines open with our fantastic employees and management.
Embrace variety by handling other duties as assigned by our Quality Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in an engineering or science-related field from a four-year college or university.
Show off your 5-10 years of experience in a quality environment, with a sweet spot for medical device expertise.
Be the motivated and creative force that thrives under pressure and can dance through a fast-paced team environment.
