Product Manager
Job Description
Compensation: Up to $130K base + 10% bonus
- Work directly with customers to define new product applications, specifications, timelines, and cost targets
- Modify and configure products to meet customer requirements
- Generate pricing quotations and technical submittals
- Manage and monitor KPIs for assigned product lines
- Develop customer-specific service programs
- Troubleshoot and support chillers in the field
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Manufacturing to ensure customer expectations are met
- Communicate technical, service, and pricing updates to OEM customers
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and customer interaction abilities
- Ability to solve technical problems in a hands-on environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to support the team
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and customers
- Refrigeration or HVAC systems knowledge
- Product Management or Application Engineering experience
- Experience supporting technical products in a manufacturing environment
