Reviewing aging lists and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Managing the day-to-day operations of the collections department.
Hands-on involvement in collections activities, including making calls when necessary.
Providing leadership and support during the relocation of collections to Romeoville.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition.
