Job Description
- Permitting & Grants: Coordinate the preparation of applications for state and federal permits and grants.
- Community Engagement: Represent the firm at project meetings, planning board sessions, and zoning board hearings.
- Business Development: Develop proposals and cultivate new client relationships.
- Technical Expertise: Review planning studies, development applications, and provide technical guidance.
- Mentorship: Supervise and mentor junior engineers.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in site/civil engineering design.
- NJ Professional Engineer (PE) license is essential; PA PE is a plus
