Job Duties:
  • Conduct hands-on experimental research in various separation projects.
  • Generate and analyze samples using established testing procedures.
  • Set up and conduct aqueous stream separation experiments.
  • Fabricate and characterize materials for separations.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory and pilot-scale separation equipment.
  • Dispose of laboratory waste and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Document experimental procedures, data, and results.
  • Perform scientific literature reviews to support research.
  • Maintain laboratory instruments, equipment, and supplies.

  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 1-3 years of relevant research experience.
  • Experience in chemical separations processes is a plus.
  • Familiarity with chromatography, microscopy, or spectroscopy techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and follow laboratory safety protocols.
  • Effective communication and documentation skills.
