Regional Outside Sales Manager
Job Description
- We're looking for a self-motivated individual to manage a well-established territory encompassing Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Develop and implement strategies to secure new business opportunities
- Provide technical expertise to customers regarding our thermal component products
- Manage your territory from a home office in the Bellevue, WA area
- Travel is required (pre-pandemic levels: 20-25,000 miles/year, split 2 weeks at home base, 2 weeks on the road per month)
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical industrial sales
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Strong technical aptitude for thermal component products - The ability to read and understand blueprints and technical specifications
- A proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a territory management role
