Job Summary:
  • We're looking for a self-motivated individual to manage a well-established territory encompassing Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia.

Job Duties:
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
  • Develop and implement strategies to secure new business opportunities
  • Provide technical expertise to customers regarding our thermal component products
  • Manage your territory from a home office in the Bellevue, WA area
  • Travel is required (pre-pandemic levels: 20-25,000 miles/year, split 2 weeks at home base, 2 weeks on the road per month)

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in technical industrial sales
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
    Strong technical aptitude for thermal component products
  • The ability to read and understand blueprints and technical specifications
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a territory management role
