- Manages monthly financial close process, ensuring compliance of all financial regulatory pronouncements
- Drives annual audit and quarterly review process in partnership with external auditors
- Leads AP and AR teams
- Implements accounting policies & procedures
- Responsible for approval of journal entries while ensuring proper accounting guidelines per GAAP and of financial statements
- Leads balance sheet reviews, monthly close calls, and prepare & communicate month end financial reporting findings
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 5 - 7 years of related leadership experience
- Cost/Inventory/Manufacturing related accounting a must
- Experience with an ERP system
