Job Description

Position:  Manufacturing Sales Support
Location:  Kenosha, WI  53142 onsite daily with 25% travel
 
I am looking for a Manufacturing Sales Support representative for my direct client that will work with customers, distributors, and service technicians to walk through necessary repairs over the phone.  
 
In this role you will 
  • Troubleshoot problems with customers, distributors, and service contacts to solve problems quickly and correctly.
  • Use provided troubleshooting guides, bulletins, and other information to assist this function.
  • Use provided blueprints and electrical schematics to find a correct and quick solution to the issue.
  • Work with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and service.
  • Assist sales department with technical questions and requests in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Travel (25%) to clients to repair equipment and train customers, distributors, and service technicians.
  • Work to help gather field information.
  • Assist any other department to help ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Receive and processes warranty claims and questions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering or Electronics or Mechatronics 
  • At least 1 years of paid professional experience or internship
  • Customer service in a technical support / manufacturing type setting
  • Someone who can be on-site Mon-Fri and work 8am - 5pm CT.
  • A good communicator AND problem solver
